Short answer: yes, you can take Clear+ and Glow+ together. Take the recommended daily amount of each: two Clear+ capsules with a meal and one scoop of Glow+ in 250 ml of water. The formulas are designed to work alongside each other: most of their ingredients are different, and Glow+ contains 4.5 mg of zinc while Clear+ contains 20 mg. So don’t take another zinc supplement or multivitamin with them. Glow+ is intended for adults.
Clear+ and Glow+ are made for different needs. Clear+ is for blemish-prone skin; Glow+ is for your skin, hair and nails, with collagen at its core. You might want both. But can you take them together? Would you be getting too much of anything? And how do you fit them into your day? Here’s how the two work alongside each other, what you get from taking both, and how to make them part of an easy routine.

- They complement each other: most of their ingredients are different.
- Don’t take another supplement containing zinc, such as a multivitamin.
- Take both with breakfast so you don’t forget them.
- Glow+ is intended for adults.
What are Clear+ and Glow+ for?
The two products have different purposes, so their formulas are different too.
Clear+ is made for blemish-prone skin. You take two capsules a day, containing ten ingredients. At its core are zinc, vitamin A and vitamin B5. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, and vitamin A is important for your skin too. Your body uses vitamin B5 to make and process hormones. It also contains spearmint, vitamins C, D3 and E, selenium, copper and a little black pepper. Clear+ is vegan. Read about the full formula in What’s in Clear+, and why these amounts?
Glow+ is made for your skin, hair and nails. You dissolve one scoop in water. At its core are 8,000 mg of hydrolysed collagen and 500 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Glow+ also contains zinc, MSM, hyaluronic acid and gotu kola. The collagen comes from cattle. Why they complement each other
Put the two labels side by side and you’ll see that most of the ingredients are different. Clear+ centres on zinc, vitamin A and vitamin B5. Glow+ centres on collagen and vitamin C. So you’re not getting two of the same thing, but two different sets of ingredients.
Where ingredients do overlap, we’ve chosen the amounts with both products in mind. Zinc is the clearest example. Clear+ contains 20 mg of zinc, while Glow+ contains only a small amount. Both contain zinc, so don’t take another zinc supplement or multivitamin with them. With vitamin C, it’s the other way round: Clear+ contains a little, while Glow+ contains much more.
Vitamin A is only in Clear+. Collagen, MSM, hyaluronic acid and gotu kola are only in Glow+. There’s no overlap with those ingredients.
What you get from taking both
Here’s a quick look at which ingredients are in each product and where they overlap:
Clear+ and Glow+ side by side, per day
- Collagen
- Glow+ 8,000 mg
- Vitamin B5
- Clear+ 500 mg
- Vitamin A
- Clear+ 900 µg
- Zinc
- Clear+ 20 mg, Glow+ 4.5 mg
- Vitamin C
- Clear+ 50 mg, Glow+ 500 mg
- MSM, hyaluronic acid, gotu kola
- Glow+ only
- Spearmint, D3, E, selenium, copper
- Clear+ only
You’ll find the exact amounts for each product on the label and in our articles about Clear+ and Glow+.
Only zinc and vitamin C overlap. EFSA has not set an upper limit for vitamin C, and you excrete what your body doesn’t use. Zinc is different. You also get zinc from food, and more isn’t better. That’s why Glow+ contains only a small amount, and why you shouldn’t take another supplement containing zinc alongside them. Multivitamins often contain zinc and vitamin A too. With Clear+ and Glow+ together, you usually won’t need one as well. If you’re unsure, ask your pharmacist.

Why two products instead of one?
It’s a fair question: why not put everything in one product? It comes down to the amounts. Collagen is measured in grams. You can’t fit 8 grams of collagen into a couple of capsules: you’d need to swallow around sixteen a day. That’s why Glow+ is a powder you dissolve in water.
The ingredients in Clear+ are measured in milligrams and micrograms. Those fit comfortably into two capsules. So having two separate products makes things easier, not harder. There’s another benefit too: not everyone needs both. You can choose what suits you and always add the other one later.
How to fit them into your day
The best routine is one you barely have to think about. For most people, this works well:
- Take both with breakfast. Have two Clear+ capsules with your food and a glass of Glow+ instead of your usual juice. One moment, done.
- Take Clear+ with a meal. Most people find it more comfortable with food than on an empty stomach.
- You can take Glow+ at another time. After a workout or in the afternoon works just as well. Pick a time that fits your day and stick with it.
- Keep them side by side. By the kettle or coffee machine. If you see them, you’re more likely to take them.
- Pack some when you go away. Put a few capsules and a few scoops in a small container. A weekend away is often when a routine slips.
What about your skincare?
Clear+ and Glow+ provide ingredients from within. Your skincare looks after the outside. Together, they make a complete routine, and it doesn’t have to be complicated:
- A gentle cleanser, once or twice a day, with lukewarm water.
- A light moisturiser, to keep your skin from drying out.
- Sunscreen, every morning. Sun exposure damages the collagen fibres in your skin, so sunscreen and collagen go hand in hand.
More isn’t always better. Three products you use every day beat ten sitting in a cupboard.
Who is the combination for?
The combination is made for adults who want to give their skin the right ingredients for both blemish-prone skin and firmness and a fresh look, while also keeping their hair and nails in mind. Many people start with one product and add the other later. Others start with both.
A few things to know:
- Glow+ is for adults. For teenagers aged 12 and over, only Clear+ is suitable.
- Glow+ isn’t vegan. The collagen comes from cattle. Clear+ is vegan.
- Pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding? Speak to your doctor or midwife first. Clear+ contains vitamin A in a form your body can use directly.
- Taking medication? Ask your pharmacist whether the combination is suitable for you. Don’t use Clear+ if you take medicines containing retinoic acid, such as isotretinoin.
Start with one or go straight for both?
That depends on what you’re looking for. If blemish-prone skin is your main concern, Clear+ is a natural place to start. If you’re more interested in collagen, your hair and your nails, start with Glow+. If you want both, you can start taking them together straight away.
Starting with one and adding the other later makes it easier to see what each product does for you. Starting with both means you’ve got your routine sorted in one go. Either is fine. What matters most is taking them every day and giving them time.
Give it time and keep going
Your skin, hair and nails grow slowly. The outer layer of your skin renews itself in around four weeks or longer, your hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, and a nail takes months to grow out. So assess your routine after 2 to 3 months. Find out why it takes that long in How long does it take to see a difference in your skin?
And after that? Your body makes new skin cells and collagen every day, and needs ingredients to do it. You don’t store large amounts of zinc, and you excrete vitamin C and B5 if your body doesn’t use them straight away. If the combination works for you, keep taking it, just as you brush your teeth every day. With a subscription to both, you’ll always have your next supply in time, and you can skip a delivery whenever you like.
Honestly.. at first I thought, here we go again, another tub to add. Tried it anyway because of the 90 days. So far, I’ve mainly noticed my nails split less.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take Clear+ and Glow+ at the same time?
Yes. Take the recommended daily amount of each: 2 Clear+ capsules with a meal and 1 scoop of Glow+ in 250 ml of water. You can take them at the same time, for example with breakfast.
What about zinc if I take both?
Clear+ contains 20 mg of zinc, which is why Glow+ deliberately contains only a small amount. Stick to the recommended daily amount of each, and don’t take another supplement containing zinc, such as a multivitamin.
Can I take a multivitamin as well?
It’s best not to. Multivitamins often contain zinc and vitamin A, so you’d be getting those from another source too. With Clear+ and Glow+ together, you usually won’t need one. If you’re unsure, ask your pharmacist.
Can my teenager take both?
No. Glow+ is intended for adults. For teenagers aged 12 and over, only Clear+ is suitable.
Do I have to take them at the same time?
No, you don’t have to. Take Clear+ with a meal and Glow+ whenever it fits your day. For most people, breakfast is easiest: you see both products together and are less likely to forget them.
Which should I start with: Clear+ or Glow+?
If blemish-prone skin is your main concern, start with Clear+. If you’re more interested in collagen, hair and nails, start with Glow+. If you want both, you can start taking them together straight away.
